From the Charlotte Observer:
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools on Monday will release a consultant’s report on the costs, challenges and benefits of revising school hours.
School start and dismissal times, known as bell schedules, have been a hot topic since the district made changes two years ago to save money. This summer, Superintendent Heath Morrison brought in transportation experts from the Council of the Great City Schools to review the local situation. The district plans to release that report this afternoon.
